Shipping and Return Policy

 

Off-Season customer service hours are 8AM-2PM Mon.-Fri. Email any questions to sales@centsibleholidaylighting.com for the fastest processing.  

 

Know when to expect your order to arrive.  

Most orders ship out the next business day, expedited shipping (next day, 2nd Day and 3 day Select) requires that orders are placed before 10:30AM Arizona time for same day shipping.  

Time in Transit for Standard Ground shipping is:  

East Coast - 6 business days  

Midwest states - 5 business days  

MO, LA, AR, OK, WY, MT, WA, OR, Northern ID & Northern CA - 3 Business Days  

Southern CA, NM, UT, NV, Southern ID - 2 business days  

Arizona - 1 business day  

 

RETURNS:
 

Prior to returning any merchandise, call Centsible Holiday Lights/Christmas Lights and More at (866) 445-4449 in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We must receive the returned item within 10 days after an RMA number has been issued. An assigned RMA number is valid for 10 days only and will expire on the 11th day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products will be refused.  

 

Centsible Holiday Lighting happily accepts returned items within 30 days after merchandise is received. A full refund will be issued, less a 25% re-stocking fee, if all returned items are new and in their original packaging. Products that arrived defective or have become defective within 30 days of shipment may be returned for credit or exchanged for a replacement product. All replacements must be an identical product and version.  

 

Items should be returned with the invoice, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.  

 

Centsible Holiday Lighting/Christmas Lights and More does not issue credit for costs incurred in shipping a returned item.  

 

Centsible Holiday Lighting/Christmas Lights and More does not accept returns on Custom Cut Rope Light.  

 

Orders placed during the November-December holiday season must be returned to us on or before December 15th or they will not be accepted and no credit or refunds will be issued.  


Payment Methods:
We accept most credit cards including Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. The billing address given will be verified with the issuing bank and must match the billing address listed with the issuing bank. All transactions are performed on a secure web server. If we are not able to verify the billing address electronically, we may require additional information. We reserve the right to deny any order. You can be confident that your personal information will not be compromised or shared with any other party.

Taxes and Customs:
All orders shipped within the state of Arizona will be charged a 9.05% sales tax.  Otherwise, there will be no taxes charged on the purchased items. All customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer regardless of when they are charged. If customs charges are sent to us, we will charge the buyer's credit card.

Product Availability:
Products are generally kept in-stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, your entire order will be held until the out-of-stock item is back in stock. You will be notified via email or phone of any delays and given a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment.

Shipping:
Orders placed before 10 a.m. MST will usually ship out the same business day. However due to the holiday rush, it is possible for orders to take up to 1-3 business days to ship. No items will be shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the items. Your credit card will not be charged until the items are shipped to you. In addition, we will not be shipping any items over Thanksgiving weekend nor over Christmas, Dec. 24-26.

Standard Shipping within the United States:
Standard shipping is identified as "Ground" shipping and usually takes 2-7 days to arrive.  Delivery time is based on business days; weekends and holidays are not included.  If you live in a remote area, shipping time could take longer.

Express Shipping within the United States:
We also ship 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air. Delivery time is based on business days; weekends and holidays are not included. Express shipping charges are based on the package weight and destination zip code. We recommend shipping to a business address. We cannot be responsible for any carrier delays in delivery.
